1. No Refund Policy
- All payments made for business listings on NearMeSpot.com are non-refundable.
- Once a business subscribes to a pricing plan, the payment is final, even if the listing is canceled before the end of the subscription period.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Business owners can cancel their subscription at any time.
- Once canceled, the listing will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will be removed automatically.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time after cancellation.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue.
- A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
- The business listing was rejected due to policy violations before being published.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
