Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively, we’d love to have you on our team!


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Account Growth & Retention – Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business relationships.
Project Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
Performance Tracking – Monitor client account performance and provide reports on key metrics.
Issue Resolution – Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
Contract & Billing Management – Oversee client contracts, renewals, and invoicing.
Regular Communication – Conduct follow-ups, meetings, and check-ins to maintain a high level of engagement.


Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
✔ Experience with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting tools.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
